Apparently today is “Blue Monday” the most depressing day of the year.
Why? Its been raining.
Yes, I know we live in the UK we get lots of rain but maybe it has just seemed worse lately.
Also for a lot of people it is return to work day after a couple of weeks off over indulging in food, drink and presents.
If you get depressed because you have to go back to work chances are you need to find something better to do with your life.
In addition lack of sleep, inability to keep New Year resolutions, and personal debt are all contributory factors in making today worse than the average Monday.
Also, today we are told is the peak for the commencement of Divorce proceedings – it sort of adds up I guess.
So without wishing to seem to exploit other people’s misery I should point out that our guide – A Guide to Your Pension Sharing Order on Divorce – is available to download free of charge.

It is, after all, a question of attitude.
