We have a vacancy for an IFA Administrator.
You will have experience as an Administrator within an IFA or Financial Planning practice, and we’re keen to find someone who wants to develop their career and learn new skills.
You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Confidence with IT and touch typing are also a must.
Our ideal candidate will be working within our team of Administrators, supporting our Paraplanners and Financial Planners by speaking to clients, processing new business applications and fund switching instructions, producing valuation reports, updating our back office system and helping with general office and administration tasks.
Full training and support will be provided.
