Since the start of the year we have been engaged in a major project to implement a new computer system at Informed Choice.
This new ‘back office’ software will enable us to do lots of things across the business to an even higher standard. In terms of putting the package to use, we have decided to start with client reporting.
The frequency and quality of our ongoing review service has always been a major strength.
We take pride in the fact that every client receives a comprehensive review report once a year and has an opportunity to meet with their Financial Planner to discuss and implement any changes.
With the world of financial services continuing to become more complex, it is important that we regularly revisit what it is we do for our clients.
Our investment in a new back office system means we have been able to create a new review report which provides even more meaningful information with greater analysis available at the click of a button.
During the development of these reports we have received glowing feedback from clients and advisers. We have also taken into account various suggestions about how to improve these new reports further still.
Clients of Informed Choice will start to receive these new review reports from next week, as part of their scheduled review reporting.
As before, the reports form the basis for discussion with your Financial Planner and are an excellent framework for review meetings.
Using our new software system to improve client reporting is only the first step. Throughout the rest of the year we will be making use of other software features; all designed to improve the quality of what we deliver to our clients and ensure we keep doing this in the most efficient way so we can spend the maximum possible time with our clients.
