Getting rich, Brexit-proofing your personal finances and the value of the orgasm economy.
November featured nine new episodes of the Informed Choice Radio podcast, covering the usual diverse range of personal finance and investing topics.
We started the month with a closer look at an interesting proposal designed to boost levels of pension savings for women.
Our first guest interview in November featured Dr Rainer Zitelmann, who gave us an insight into the habits, personality traits and experiences of the super-rich.
Following a listener request, we shared some top tips for new business owners in this episode, explaining how to keep your personal finances on track when going self-employed or starting a new company.
Our second guest of the month was Dr Mark Tobak, sharing a fascinating insight into the psychiatry of money and our primal fear of loss.
We then moved onto money myths, trying to dispel some of the most commonly held myths around money in this episode.
Our next guest was financial educator Tony Bradshaw, talking about making the millionaire choice.
We published a slightly risque episode towards the end of the month, based on some interesting new research about the orgasm economy. According to this research, regular climaxes could add billions to the British economy. With a headline finding like that, we were suitably intrigued and had to find out more.
Nick Bamford joined us for our final guest episode of the month, talking about the value of a financial plan and sharing a few lightbulb moments he sees with clients during the financial planning process.
And finally, with Brexit the hot topic of the month, we looked at how to Brexit-proof your personal finances, with some practical tips for getting defensive with your money in case of a no-deal exit from the EU next March.
We’ve got lots more coming up in December, including some brilliant guests scheduled and suitably festive topics to discuss.
