I often poke fun at the Daily Express for their revolving front page headline system.
On any given day, they seem to write about pensions in crisis, wild weather, or dementia.
Today it was the turn of dementia and what is an excellent article describing the five steps people can take to delay the onset of the disease in later life.

With no cure for dementia, and no immediate prospect for a cure to be developed, these lifestyle changes offer the best hope we have for delaying the onset of dementia and hopefully reducing its severity.
