The team has spent today sharing regular updates on Twitter, to offer an insight into a typical day in the life of an award-winning firm of Chartered Financial Planners.
Throughout the course of the day we have posted over 100 ‘tweets’; short updates of no more than 140 characters.
It has been an interesting experiment.
One of our regular frustrations here at Informed Choice is that we are unable to spend enough of our time focused on our clients. Lots of other things, including administration and regulation, can take up a disproportionate amount of time.
We know from speaking to our clients that what they really value is the time they get to spend with us, either face to face or on the phone.
Today saw a healthy mix of client interaction, administration challenges and possibly mundane office life.

IL: Spoke to client about a report we examined for his father. Very happy with our quick response. We are going to meet to discuss further.
IL: Client has decided to sell their esoteric holdings & invest in line with our recommendations instead #informedday
