What You’ll Do
As a Paraplanner, your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate client files and preparing recommendations and cash flow forecasts as part of a comprehensive Financial Plan.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Planner by providing detailed analysis of financial information, creating forecasts based on income, expenditure, assets, and liabilities.
Your ability to identify planning opportunities and conduct thorough research will ensure that you can provide technically accurate recommendations.
Your role will also involve drafting recommendation reports and letters that will be reviewed and approved by the Financial Planner.
You will be responsible for completing application forms when required and ensuring that all compliance paperwork is in order.
Effective communication will be vital in dealing with queries from clients and colleagues.
Additionally, you may attend client meetings alongside the Financial Planner and assist in reviewing investment portfolios, asset allocation, and risk levels to ensure that our clients receive the best possible advice.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar position, with a background in financial analysis and research.
You must be capable of analysing complex financial information while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, cash flow forecasting tools, and CRM systems is essential.
We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, excellent mathematical skills, and a strong work ethic.
Outstanding written communication skills are crucial, as you will be drafting important documents and communicating regularly with both colleagues and clients.
A minimum of a Level 3 Certificate in Financial Planning is required for this role, and having a Level 4 Diploma or higher would be considered an advantage.
