As our award-winning business continues to grow, we have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to work in the busy adviser support team at Sundial House in Cranleigh.
Reporting directly to the Client Services Director, you will support the administration function of the business and obtain client data.
Your role will include obtaining policy valuations for inclusion within advisory reports, review reports and client valuation statements. In addition to this important function, you will complete basic administration tasks and assist the support team.
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a competitive employee benefits package. A salary of £15,000 to £18,000 is available for this role, based on experience and competence.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience as an IFA administrator. You will be hard working, enthusiastic, articulate and diligent. You will be familiar with MS Office and be computer literate.
