Job vacancy: Administration Assistant in Cranleigh
As our award-winning business continues to grow, we have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to work in the busy adviser support team at Sundial House in Cranleigh.
The right candidate will support the administration function of the business, obtain client data and assist colleagues with general administrative tasks.
Your role will include obtaining policy valuations for inclusion within advisory reports, review reports and client valuation statements. In addition to this important function, you will complete basic administration tasks and assist the support team.
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a competitive employee benefits package, including fully funded training for CII qualifications.
A salary of £17,000 to £19,000 is available for this role, based on experience and competence.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience as an office assistant or other relevant administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. You should also be proficient in MS Office and confident learning new IT skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills are needed to succeed in this role.
